Question Posted Monday February 20 2017, 2:15 am

Hi,could anyone explain the meaning of, 'you should have known me by now' as he says. We're fiends by the way, only known for a month. We joke around and when I don't understand his jokes, he goes and say, I thought you knew me, you should have known me by now' and I say I do but I don't get your jokes and we just laugh. I feel like he's trying to say something. Whenever we make an eye contact we just laugh. I've caught him gazing at me frequently and he always holds that gaze when I'm talking. am I on the wrong side here? Am I thinking too much? Thanks.

Maybe you could try sitting down and talking with him and explain to him how you feel. You may overthinking it, because honestly that's pretty common for a girl to do.
I have a best friend who I still don't really know, but I know a lot about her. We've been friends for almost 2 years now.
Maybe you could approach him with these words by saying, you are a little confused and unsure when he's actually being himself. It takes more than a month to really get to know someone.
I hope I kind of helped.
