Rash ? Eczema? What is it and why is it there ?

I have this bumpy and itchy irritation on my horizontal gluteal crease, what is it ? And why is it there ?

I have had this before. I think you have hives. Hives Accor from an allergic reaction to food and/or medicine. They are itchy, bumpy red welts on the surface of the skin. I would reccomend taking benadryl, and if that doesn't help, I deeply reccomend seeing a doctor. I hope this helps! ~M&M
