Can't sleep because of the thought of "Ghosts"... Help? A very close friend of mine told me she might have demons/ghosts living in her house. She told me some stories about what happened too. Well she told me very late at night and now I can't sleep...
I haven't had any reason to think there were ghosts living in my home. I live in an apartment and haven't had any "episodes", but after what my friend told me I've just been paranoid. How can I stop being like this? I've been staying up late at night because I can't sleep, then I end up being late for school. Any advice? Thanks!

☺Don't be afraid☺
Watch something goofy about 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
Purposely trying not to think about something while yourself entering a dream like state only makes the thoughts worse!
Keep a positive mind.
***Something to consider: The chance of a spirit being in your apartment is slim (slim enough at least lol). And the chances of that spirit being a malevolent poltergeist is VERY SLIM!!
Keep calm and think about other things. You'll be okay. ]
I actually have the same problem as yours! So my advice is, when you go to sleep, think first about good things. Things that make you happy. Positive things. Then try thinking about these then close your eyes. You won't realize you already fell asleep. That's how I manage though, I don't know if it'll work for you. ]
