Can't sleep because of the thought of "Ghosts"... Help?
Question Posted Thursday January 9 2014, 2:27 am
A very close friend of mine told me she might have demons/ghosts living in her house. She told me some stories about what happened too. Well she told me very late at night and now I can't sleep...
I haven't had any reason to think there were ghosts living in my home. I live in an apartment and haven't had any "episodes", but after what my friend told me I've just been paranoid. How can I stop being like this? I've been staying up late at night because I can't sleep, then I end up being late for school. Any advice? Thanks!
Watch something goofy about 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
Purposely trying not to think about something while yourself entering a dream like state only makes the thoughts worse!
Keep a positive mind.
***Something to consider: The chance of a spirit being in your apartment is slim (slim enough at least lol). And the chances of that spirit being a malevolent poltergeist is VERY SLIM!!

Positive things. Then try thinking about these then close your eyes. You won't realize you already fell asleep. That's how I manage though, I don't know if it'll work for you.
