I am 13 and I have a crush on my Uncle's son.I love him soo much.I cant stop thinking about him.He is four months older than me.He is really nice to me.I also caught him starring at me many times,and whenever I caught him he blushed and smiles.I am too shy to tell him that i love him and he is also too shy like me.I love him sooo much.Plss tell me,does he loves me??

I'm assuming that this boy is your cousin. So, if you two should end up dating, do be prepared for disapproval, by your family, and possibly even your peers. Since dating a close relative is looked down upon in many places. As for whether he loves you or not, it's impossible to say. Perhaps he has a crush on you, perhaps he's like that with many other people as well. I've known many people who blushed at everything/everyone, just because they were shy in general. So there is no real way to tell if he does fancy you or not, other than asking him.
