can hymen repair

No, it cannot repair itself. Once it has been broken, it's broken for good. Unless you were to get yourself the surgical procedure known as Hymenorrhaphy, hymenoplasty, hymen reconstruction surgery. Some people believe that if you go so many years without intercourse *sex* it will, but this is not true. It may seem like it due to how the vagina tightens after time, but the hymen, as I have said, will never repair itself. I'm not sure if this is what you wanted to hear, but you're better off knowing the truth, than believing in lies.
