Can a guy that was once a guy mistress ever be trusted if he were to be in an actual relationship lets say several years later ?

A guy Mistress... Um, okay. I suppose I would, in this case, trust him over years. In years I mean more than 2. Unless he gives you reason not to be. In any case though, if I had a mistress, (which I can't since I'm a girl and mistress means girl, not guy mistress.) I would not trust him. I mean he would be pronounced as a booty call and only needed when feeling lonely. So in the long run, no. but in a relationship unless you have reason too, you can trust him, but keep yourself aware. Make sure there's no funny business.
