What programs does the Macbook Pro come with?

Do you have to pay for the programs or do you get them with the macbook?

These are the programs/software that it comes with and that you do not have to purchase.

-Operating system is Lion
-iLife which includes the following: iPhoto, iMovie and Garageband
-iTunes
-Mail
-Address Book
-iCal
-Anti-virus Software
