missed periods

Hi last period 27th of July then had a little pink show on the 28th of august no period till now started the 5 of October. had sore breasts and mood swings ,cramps .am 51

It might be menopause, or you maybe be pregnant. Sometimes when you loost too much weight your period would be off also. And, your diet can conflict with your cycle also. I hope this helps :D
