Rena-Chan answered Wednesday August 8 2012, 12:11 pm: You have yet a while to way. Typically menstrual cycles (your period) average 28 days, give or take a couple days. It's no where near august 27th yet. Wtill about 19 days from that. Do you mean August 7th? Or perhaps you actually meant, JUNE 26th was your last period, had intercourse on JULY 27th, and since it's now AUGUST 8th, you have yet to get your period? If you aren't ready for a child, perhaps you should consider getting put on birth control pills should it turn out you are NOT pregnant. If I'm understanding what I read about Pemolut, and Mensoon, those are a form of self induced abortion pills. I would suggest taking a pregnancy test, but considering the dates you gave, it's honestly very difficult to tell whether or not you need any assistance or not. But I would say, wait another week or two, if you still have not gotten your period, then go to your local pharmacy and purchase a pregnancy test and check if you are pregnant or not. If it turns out you are NOT pregnant, then I would suggest going and speaking to your physician, and state your concerns to them about this. Birth control can help regulate your period, as well as prevent pregnancy. Hope this helped. [ Rena-Chan's advice column | Ask Rena-Chan A Question ]
