Hey, I'm 13yo/f and I like this dude, 13yo/m and he used to like me too, but now I'm not too sure about it...well, we chat all the time on Facebook and that's when he said he likes me, I do too...so out of the blue he kind of stopped going on Facebook, I get confused if he's online or offline cz he's logged in on his iPod you know...like me, some people think I'm online, but I'm not I'm just logged in on my iPod all the time...so he's like obssesed with Basketball, so we all know he towers me cz he's very tall. I messaged him one day saying, 'if you dont like jus tell me.' the next day he responded and sed, 'you know, I'm so so sorry, but I'm too busy with basketball and I don't have the moment to get into anyone..' I said, 'sure ok, but i still kinda like you.' and he said, 'ok, I'm fine with it.' and that was the last conversation we had...IDK, if I was sad or what, but I unfriended him!! It has been 2 weeks since we haven't talked and the time I unfriended him. We just now got to be friends on Facebook since Sunday. I messaged him saying I just want to be friends with him again, and he said, 'yes, sure thing Buddy.' Buddy is like our nickname for one another. So, after that I started liking him again!! I was so confused and sad that I'm crushing on him! I want to tell him I like him, but he's way too in love with Basketball!! I don't wanna b rejected over sport!! uugghh!! I like him what do I do?!?!?
Additional info, added Wednesday July 25 2012, 9:01 am: I've known him for 3 years and he's really amazing at basketball, he's been on the news a lot lately. It would really stupid to get rejected over a sport. I'm not trying to rush it's just I'm on edge about it.. Want to answer more questions in the Relationships category? Just talk to him, hang out, watch his games etc. Perhaps in time you may get over him, and if not, who knows? You two may even end up together later on. So it wouldn't hurt to get to know him much more now. [ Rena-Chan's advice column | Ask Rena-Chan A Question ]
