The females fluids will allow the semen to easily reach the uterus, and if an egg has been released, it can be fertilized. And do remember that semen can live up to 5-7 days inside of the uterus. If he ejaculated no where near your vaginal opening, then it's pretty safe to say you'll be fine. If you are really worried, and do not wish to have a child yet, there are alternatives such as adoption and pregnancy termination.
