I have a sew in weave and it's really itchy. Why?
I put oil and lotion in my hair. I even wash it and it is very itchy. I have dandruff, scabs and the worse itching ever. I've had this weave in for 2 weeks. Should I just never wear weave again? Why is my hair & scalp like this?

I'm sorry for your frustration. I have been wearing weaves and extensions for years and I've had similar problems.
It may be possible that you're allergic to the material. If you have scabs because of it, I would definitely take it out... you don't want to ruin your scalp, that would be bad!
Everyone reacts to weaves differently.
You may want to change it to another weave and see what happens, or try extensions (they can be great too!!) There are many brands out there, and they use human hair, so your scalp should feel better also.
