I'm always feeling happy and then sad eventually,I'm going crazy,this is not ok,I know,so what can I do?I don't think I'm that sick though, since I haven't felt like committing suicide or anything nor have I had feelings of madness,so how could I balance all this?please don't tell me to go to the dr. I will,if I see this doesn't change,and gets even worse,thanks:)
