If you are talking about all-around sweating, make sure that you are eating healthy foods and drinking lots of water. If you already are, guess that means you are one of the tens!
For feet, I've watched Dr. Oz and soaking up your feet in vodka helps with the sweat pores and the odour.
antiperspirant will help but it depends. If you are talking about sweating when working out, that is natural. As long as it doesn't smell bad, that is all that matters. And if you are up for it in the future, there is a surgery that can remove the sweat gland in your armpit.
