Its not how long it takes to be pregnant because anyone can get pregnant any time and all it takes is his sperm cells to stick to one of your egg then boom, what's done is done. Symptoms sometimes don't always occur or you can't see signs until it kicks in later. The first sign may be discharging a lot of white stuff or maybe even a slightly other colour which may be little but you discharge several times.
The following symptoms are throwing up constantly or randomly on your own out of the blue, and gaining weight on your stomach are could be getting bigger little at a time can be circular or oval doesn't matter but, sometimes it can be unnoticeable, but luckily for others they don't show symptoms at all.
