Ok so dont even waste your time reading this if your going to comment and say its unhealthy or dangerous or lecture me, i dont want to hear it. Anyways Ive been prescribed adderall since the end of my junior year and now im 19 and i still take it just not everyday because i only work some days and dont feel the need to take it. However I took it my whole senior year and at the end of the year I was the smallest Ive ever been, due to adderal. Now Ive gained that weight back plus more and Im the biggest Ive been. Its depressing and with summer right around the corner I need to get back in shape. Ive been putting it off for so long and now I need to get down to business and I plan to take my adderal everyday to help control my appetite but this time I dont have all year to loose the weight, I need to loose it asap. Any suggestions on when to take it, what to eat, what exerises to do etc? Does it work well combined with any other diet pills? Thank you. And its 20 mg.

DO NOT COMBINE IT WITH ANY OTHER DIET PILLS!!!! double dosing stimulants can literally stop your heart.
I would just eat five 300 calorie snacks/small meals a day instead of meals, and do 1 hour of cardio
Cardio is the best way to BURN MORE CALORIES...
adderall DOES NOT BURN CALORIES, and it's really bad to run on adderall because your heart rate can go too high.
in conclusion: Eat many small meals throughout the day, and do an hour of cardio. on days when you DO take addy, do NOT do cardio, and do strength/flexibility exercises instead.
BEST way to lose weight: cardio, hands down (BURNING calories!) [ dolphina's advice column | Ask dolphina A Question ]

But if you wish to mix it with other medications, it is best to consult in a pharmacist, or your doctor to ensure it will be safe to take together with other supplements. As for losing weight, the best thing to do is Cardiovascular exercises, such as running, jogging, bike riding, swimming. But this will only burn off your body fat, if you want to have that lean look, you must also tone your body as well. Depending on what parts you wish to work on, there are many different exercises, and some, focusing on specific areas. For the breast/pectoral muscles, weights work great. With your age as well, it won't take too long for you to get the results you are hoping for, but you must also remember to continue with your work-outs. Even if you achieve your desired looks. But remember not to over do it, you can damage your body as well. If you want to work on specific areas, google can give you exercises for that. Google knows everything ;p As for diets, Diets in my opinion never work. I've tried many, my advice for what to eat; Just eat healthy. Old saying my grandfather would tell me, "Eat until you are 80% full, and eat the other 20% with your eyes." This can help keep your weight in proper balance. Do not cut out meats, as they have many of the nutrients to give you energy and help you tone your body properly and quickly. Do remember though, give your stomach time to settle before exercising, don't want to get a cramp. [ Rena-Chan's advice column | Ask Rena-Chan A Question ]
