I wasn't always like this but everyday when I come home I'm really hungry so I eat....and eat and eat and eat. Then play violin till I my food is digested enough to work out. Then I do jumping for 2 hours. But when I eat I eat so quickly! I got a water bottle about 5 minutes agoa nd those used to take me hours to finish and I've almost finished it already! I'll give an example of what I ate one day after school. 3 inch cheese steak sub, chicken wing and sauce, icecream, sandwich, oatmeal, and ceral. All in less than in hour at about the same time. I never get full though. I only stop eating because I'm too scared to eat more. I'm 110lbs and 5'4. Im 13/f. I have a full 6 pack but how do I eat so much and stay this healthy? How can I break this habit? Thank you!
Just try to slow down when you eat, and chew eat bite 23 times, because that gets the enzymes in your mouth to breakdown your food better so you can digest it easier & more efficiently, which will keep your metabolism steady.
But I wouldn't be too worried because you're growing/PUBERTY, but just don't get to the point of being over 130lbs, because than that means you're gaining too much weight too quickly. [ dolphina's advice column | Ask dolphina A Question ]
