Try going out, carry on or move on?

Question Posted Thursday March 29 2012, 2:43 pm

I'm female and 16.
I'm sort of seeing this guy at the moment. It's been going on for a month or so (though we've been pretty close since around last Summer, more over facebook and text than in person, but since about a month and a half ago we've been seeing eachother a lot in person.) we've had sex and that, we were thinking of doing the whole 'friends with benefits', but - considering we've both admitted we like eachother - there's no point.

But yeah, the problem is, there's barely any point us going out as -
1. He's in 6th year and will be leaving school soon.
2. He's going to Magaluf with the lads and both of us would rather he was single for it - it's a holiday in Maga, I'd wanna be single for it aswell.

I'd really like to go out with him, I just don't really know if we should bother?

We've decided to make the most of the time, but tbh, I'm not really that happy with it.

Any help would be highly appreciated, thank you!

Well i know things like these are hard and long distance relationships dont usually work out, but thats only if they say no to this question you have to ask yourself. 'Is this true love?' this may take alot of thinking. If the answer to that question is yes, then if you put the effort in for each other it will all work out, if the answer is no, then maybe its not meant to be it might also be worth asking him his opinion so you know if he feels the same. I hope this helps!
