Stomach pains

Ok so I'm supposed to get my period in 2 days and right now like when I press down on my stomach like on top of my uterus I get a sharp pain Like it really hurts.. Is this normal? Help !

It's perfectly normal. When your period is going to begin, and also during your period, your uterus contracts (giving you cramps, as well as making the uterus sensitive) to help push out the blood as well as old tissue. To relieve your stomach of this pain, I would suggest taking a pain reliever, such as midol, ibuprofen, or tylenol. But I most highly recommend midol as it was made for that whole purpose. To relieve any discomforts during your period. So when your stomach hurts, even from pushing on it, do not worry, many women go through it. Not all, some women get lucky and don't have to deal with it. I know, it sucks.
