My Webcam

I have the old Sony Vaio laptop and of course it has a built in webcam. I've had the computer about 3 years and just recently i started having problems with the webcam. At first it would just flicker on and off, but now I can't figure out how to turn it on at all. I don't know what to do!

It doesn't work with any programs..
