Well, it's normal for girls to think other girls are attractive, especially at 13 to 15 years of age because they are still exploring sexuality.
It doesn't mean your bi, it just means that is what you like. When you get older you'll know for sure but there isn't a way to tell.
If you really want my professional opinion, if you get turned off by vaginas, then you probably are straight, but just like watching girls.
