AskSinz answered Wednesday March 16 2011, 5:32 pm: It all depends on the colour of your hair the lighter your hair the more the colour will stick resulting in it lasting longer I know people who have done this and it lasted for a couple of months but those with darker hair it really didnt stay on for that long it was basically the next wash and they wished they'd spent a few more to get a proper hair dye. It really depends on your hair, how you do it, and a few other factors. get a few packets of red kool-aid (cherry) and boil a small pot of water. Then dump the kool-aid in it. Make sure not to use to much water. You want a lot of kool-aid and a little water. DONT ADD SUGAR!! Dip your hair in the boiling water, but be careful not to burn yourself. Put a towel over your shoulders, but try to let it air dry. Then don't wash it for a couple of days. And then you can start washing it again, but not everyday. When you do wash it don't overdo it on shampoo. Hope this helps!!xx [ AskSinz's advice column | Ask AskSinz A Question ]
