i like him. he likes me.i just dont really know wht to do now. its difficult because he is never on the internet, he has no cell, and i cant call his house, honestly the only time i ever see him is at school.i know, sounds stupid. its just that he is shy. he doesnt party or really hang out with his friends on weekends and he is REALLY into his school. like he works hard to get good grades. i just dont really know what to do now. he knows i like him alot. and i know he likes me just by how he acts around me. a lot of people think we have a thing but like...we dont really, not outside of school anyway. and prom is comin up in june and i really want to go with him...if he even wants to go. most people just tell me tht he needs to grow a pair. but i am getting tired of waiting. what the hell do i do?
AskSinz answered Sunday January 9 2011, 5:38 pm: With shy boys you really have to get them out of their shell by talking to them a lot. Arranging to meet up so things aren't so awkward in social situations. Because of your prom and his shyness I doubt he'll be able to ask you to go out but how about you do it instead? You don't have to ask him outright if you don't want to because I get how weird you might think that could be. You could just start talking to him and bring up the idea of prom like hey prom is soon you going with anybody? if he says no you can say me too! and then just possibly coax him into the idea of going with you because you know each others so it's not awkward and hopefully you guys can move on from there. Hope this helps!!xx [ AskSinz's advice column | Ask AskSinz A Question ]
