My boyfriend and I are 18 years old, and my boyfriend has a younger brother who is 16 and also has a girlfriend well we both talk to their mom but its like their mom likes his brothers girlfriend more cause she knows spanish and i dont (and im mexican too). What do i do? When we're all together they are all laughing and talking and i just sit there because i have no idea what their talking about.. ive tried telling my boyfriend how i feel and he just doesnt understand how i feel he just says i feel left out because i never talk but how can i when i dont know what their saying.. It just feels like his mom likes her more than me. What do i do??

Its his mom. Getting on the good side of a significant other's parent(s) is for sure intimidating and scary and you always want to impress them all you can. You say he doesn't understand, let him know it seriously bothers you and how you feel and you want to clear things up with his mom.
Now, I'm pretty positive you have other (and possibly better) qualities than your boyfriends brothers girlfriend. Such as maybe cooking. If you like to cook, offer to help cook for everyone one day when your over. It could get you and her to bond a little more.
