You should try asking him what lead him to think you are immature. And maybe it's not so much your actions, but how you act towards those actions. Perhaps you are whiney or get upset easily. Or maybe you get upset if he doesn't text you back. If you can't figure it out on your own, asking him might be the only way to know for sure.
