Chances of getting pregnant during ovulation?

I heard that when you are ovualting that theres chances of getting preg. When you are ovualting and you have sex what happens. And what are the chances. What exactly is it.

when ovulating the only way you can get pregnant is if the sperm meets an egg then they egg is fertilized and then you a re preg. if you have sex during ovulation there is a bigger chance that you could get pregnant depending on your cycle. best way to go is using birth control, condoms. or not having sex at all.
