Corinthians 9:6-7: "But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."
"Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come 1 Corinthians 16: 2...

I did some research and realized that no you do not have to pay preachers, no one is forcing you. but God does say if you bless a person, you will receive ten times as more. you give from your heart. also A church is God's home and when you give, you are not necessarily giving to the preacher but to the church itself which is to God since it's his home.

Give from the hear. what you give you get more of and don't give if you will regret it.
