If it were just a group, such as sugars, meats or other, it would be relatively easy to do.
The best thing to do for fasting is drinking plenty of thick drinks throughout the day to releive the feeling of hunger.
Another thing to do is to distract your mind. Once you start feeling hungry, start distracting yourself by doing something simple yet it needs your full attention to do.
Try staying away from strenuious activities. The more things you do, the more calories you burn and the hungrier you become making it harder to resist the temptations of foods.
