Question Posted Tuesday August 11 2009, 11:35 am

I'm looking to replace my broken mp3 player. I've had a Creative Zen Vision:M for years now, and loved it to pieces. I flat-out refuse to get an iPod (not a fan of the interface, and I HATE iTunes).

The two that I'm looking at right now are the Creative Zen X-fi and the Microsoft Zune.

Anyone have experience with either of the above? I'm looking at the same cost range for both, so that's not a factor. Just looking for a basis of comparison. Reviews are great, but it's all apples and oranges.

A few of my friends have Zunes, and they really like them.

I've never heard of Creative Zen X-fi, but I've heard that people really like Zunes; it's just an acquired taste.
