Dyeing Hair Hi,
I'm bi-ratial, my mothers black and my father is white, so I have really curly hair.
I dyed my hair about a month ago, trying to get it a lighter brown because it's originally dark brown, but I guess all the dye hadn't grown out from before. It just faded. So it turned out pretty disastrous, the roots are a light reddish brown and the rest of my hair is brown.
So now I want to dye it black, and I know dyeing causes damage but I want to do as little dammage as possible, so is it too soon to dye it again? It's been about a month. I have a really good protein conditioner that I use though and I always do hair treatments after I dye it to correct some of the damage.
So: Is it too soon to dye it again? And what are some good products to use after dyeing hair to correct damage?

I swear by Tresemme Moisture conditioner. Put it on and don't rinse it out until after you are out of the shower. Wrap your head in a plastic bag and wrap a towel around that. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse out. I do this twice a week. It saves my hair from drying out.
Or you can also use Super Strong Liquid Treatment by Paul Mitchell. It is probably more than you want to spend but it's worth it. ]
