Ok.

Mid-west is like: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Nebraska, the Dakotas, and perhaps Kansas.

South: Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, South Carolina, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.

West coast: California, Oregon, and Washington State.

East coast: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine.

Maine is both east coast and New England.
