Well, for my hickeys... I put a metal spoon in the freezer and once it's super cold. Hold it up to the hickey.
It works for me...

grab a penny and rub it on your hickey. It's going to get redder and seem like it's making it worst but when you stop rubbing it and the reddness goes away so does the hickey. Do it like if you were scratching the lotery ticket.
