Is this a spiral perm?

I would like to get my hair to look like this and I was wondering if i can have it permed this way. Also, does anyone know the best place o go for a perm? Are there any places famous for giving great perms?

I don't know how to upload photos or anything but i would like to have my hair like Elizabeth Banks in the movie Zack and Miri Make a Porno. Can i get this look with a spiral perm?.

The best thing to do is go to the salon with a picture of Elizabeth Banks from Zack and Miri Make a Porno, and have your beautician figure out how she can make your hair look like hers.
