how can I get my hair like the girs hair in this band?

The easiest thing would be to print and take that picture to your hairdresser, they always know the best ways to do things.

I don't know how your hair is but colour wise, dye your hair a chestnut or chocolate brown colour and then get very thin blonde highlights at your hairdressers.

In terms of style I would suggest straightening then use a very loose curl with curling tongs or again ask your hairdresser to show you how to do that. Youtube also has good videos on how to use curling tongs and straighteners.

In terms of cut, again your hairdresser will know best, but it looks as though she has just moved a section of hair across her face, brushed and sprayes it there and tucked it behind her ear.
