Weight Gain

Question Posted Wednesday March 18 2009, 9:59 pm

I have figured out that if I eat aproximately 2400 calories a day I will reach my target weight of 120lbs. I am 20/f and I was wondering if anyone knows how I can figure out planned meals so I do consume 2400 calories a day. I want like a program or something that tells me what I should eat so I don't have to spend so much time counting calories!

Have you considered Weight Watchers or another program like that? I've heard from several people that it works, so it couldn't hurt to try it.
Hope this helped
