death penalty

Question Posted Monday March 2 2009, 2:22 pm

What states/countries is it banned in?
And are there any books on the history of the death penalty, or other facts about it?

PLEASE DON'T SAY YOU DON'T DO HOMEWORK, THIS IS NOT HOMEWORK! I'M VERY CURIOUS ABOUT THIS SUBJECT.

well in texas they used to give the electric chair to those for the death penalty. buttt they thought is was to inhumane and decided to ban it and do lethal injections instead.
