Myrrha answered Friday February 6 2009, 6:37 am: You can't go so long without fullfilling your craving. It's better to have a small candy bar once every couple days when you have a craving, then waiting forever then chowing down. split a donut with someone, and bread isn't bad for you. There's lots of multigrain bread with lots of fiber and nutrients. You should never eat white bread, its over processed. Also, what people don't think about, is when your body craves sugar, fill it with natural sugar, fruit! Buy fruit that's really sweet, like cherries, kiwi, melon, it will really help a craving, and you can eat as much of it as you want! Goodluck! [ Myrrha's advice column | Ask Myrrha A Question ]
