If he cummed outside your vagina but the cum has touched near your vagina - there is a high chance of you becoming pregnant.
If its only recently happened then i would get the morning after pill. However the longer you leave it the less effective it becomes.
Your safest bet and best bet is to buy three pregnancies test - I say three because sometimes they can be wrong.
Washing it with soap wouldn't of helped. If you miss your period (if its late your not period) but it doesnt come, then your pregnant.
Buy a pregnancy test first then freak. See a doctor too for support as well - they can help you more than I can.
