or is there any other free photoshop program that will let me change the color of my eyes ?

u can change it withput premium, and without doodle like the previous person out. Use tint and apply the color you want aroung the eye. Fade it so it looks a little more realistic when u apply it. Thta's pretty much it! hope that helps!

Well, you can change the color of your eyes on Picnik without premium, but it is a bit more difficult. Ok, here's what to do: Load the picture on Picnik, go to doodle, select the color you want to change your eyes to, make the doodle pen the size that fits, then choose "fade" and drag it to the right shade (usually somewhere around 80%), then draw on the iris of the eye, and VOILA your eyes are a new color!

umm I don't believe you can get a free trail of picnik premium but I do know that you can take you photo to the create tab and scroll down until you see tint click that then click the paint brush and un-tint everything but the eyes and choose the color you want
