I think generally most guys accept and admire that answer. It also helps them to gain respect for you.
Although there is one situation that I think it is bad.
That's when the girl is very adamant that she won't do anything at all sexual until marriage.
I think a large percentage of guys think it's a waste of their time to pursue it in that case.
If your reason though is that you just aren't ready(which at your age should definitely be the case) guys will usually respect that. At least guys you want to have a relationship with.

this is just me but i would rather a girl to be a virgin if i am dating them cause if i am inexpririenced in having sex then they wont know how bad i am cause it is their first time
