HardKnockLife answered Sunday December 7 2008, 6:04 pm: Have you had an allergy test? If you haven't, how can you be sure you're allergic to eggs? Maybe it's gluten or something else. I suggest you make a week long diary of everything you eat and how you react immediately and within a 24 hour period. Show this to your family doctor. After some tests you may be able to pinpoint what bothers you and you may not have to radically change your eating habits. FYI - gluten allergies are sometimes related to breathing problems - hence chest pain. It's best to see your doctor and be safe.

You can find them at Krogers (in the organic section probably) One time i ate a chocolate chip cookie (my favorite) and it was DELICIOUS. My mom told me it was EGGLESS. I couldn't believe it! It was even better than some cookies that DO have egg! So yeah, you're not missing too much :) [ goldenphoenix's advice column | Ask goldenphoenix A Question ]
