I can only answer this question as if i was answering myself, because i don't know you. So what I'd tell myself is dont date him. if you dont trust the guy why bother? there are many guys out there who you can trust, that don't come with girlfriends. and would you wanna be involved with a guy who you don't trust from the beginning? personally i think that's the worst way to start a relationship. if you don't trust him with this, and he doesn't break up with his girlfriend, you're gonna feel really really bad.
so i suggest you find someone amazing rather than this guy that you don't trust. you don't want to get hurt, and you already have a boyfriend! why break up with him for a dishonest guy?
