ok i work in a restuarant and the other day i was working and i was waitressing a table that had a guy in my art class from last year (last year i was a freshman and he was a senior) now hes a freshman in college and im a sophmore in highschool .. well he was with his friend that used to go to the same school also..and everytime i would walk by his friend would look at me and smile and when i brought there food out he said thank you a lot and everything .. and then when they paid and left i had to clean off the table so i found a napkin that he wrote his number on it and he wrote thank you and his name and number .. now i find that very flattering and all but im not sure if i should call him .. would that be totally weird since hes in college and im in highschool? .. and also i found out that my mom sold his familys house to them and my parents know them (my moms a real estate agent)

Why not? You don't have to start anything serious, let alone ever be involved in anything serious, with him. You can maybe just hang out or be friends.
Just be cognizant of everything that you do with him, that is, just be aware of what you're doing.
