Question Posted Wednesday September 24 2008, 7:14 pm

what are some excellent exercises for my abs that I can do? I have scoliosis so it's difficult for me to do simple crunches, and I can't afford any exercising machines at the moment.

Also, how can I tighten my butt and thighs?

please explain in detail if possible!
thanks :)
