if u go tanning 3 days a week, for 30 minutes each session with a tanning lotion with a bronzer in it..will u get too dark??

Yes... a lot of people only stay in for like 10 minutes their first few times. It depends on your skin tone. If you're completely pale, tough luck. If you're pretty medium-toned, you'll get results.

You can get results just as quickly from self-tanners such as Jergen's Natural Glow lotion. That's what I use. The upside is that it moisturizes your skin instead of drying it out like UV rays. Also, no skin cancer.

yes. 30 minutes is too long esp if you are just starting. start with 5-10 then gradually work ur way to 20. dont go any longer than 25
