You also need a good, moisturizing tanning lotion to start you off. A lot of indoor tanning lotions are really pricey, but Hemp lotion is great for cheap. However, it doesn't offer bronzing and other stuff in the expensive lotions. If you have any specific questions about procedure or the tanning salon, then I would suggest talking to someone who works there. Hope I helped.
