what are things to do to keep yourself calm on rides? i always revert to closing my eyes and screaming.


this is a good tip below:

When your about to go down, try to tighten your stomach,(or flex it) and your stomach wont jump as much.

Breathe deeply. Don't focus on the drops if they scare you. Instead, focus up, or on the speed. Oh, and it always helps to have someone there with you to hold your hand, so grab a friend.
