i am SO confused rite now.
so this kid told my frend he likes me, and he flirts w/ me a lot. but then his cousin met me & hes askin me out now. i really do not know what to do. HELP!

You know you don't have to date either of them unless you want to. But I certainly wouldn't date his cousin if you just met him.

see id go with the one you have stronger feelings towards ,one might me spiteful towards you and who ever you choose but do whats best for you not anyone else.
