i couldnt find that EXACT game.. but theres a game called cake mania thats kind of like that game, from what little i could get out of the game with it not being in english haha. you run your own cake shop and you decorate cakes according to peoples orders. its not exactly like the game you want, but its similar and its really fun once you get playing it. you can play it for free without a download here..[Link](Mouse over link to see full location) i hope this is close to what your looking for!=]
