tan does lemon juice only lighten a tan right after you get it? bc if you had a tan for a while, it wouldnt work right?
what works equally is taking a shower right after youve been in the sun. sounds like a waste of lemons..

Lemon juice only helps to lighten fake tans, such as a spray tan or one caused by tanning lotion. It does not affect a real tan caused by the sun.
Taking a shower right after you put fake tanner on may help a little to get rid of the tan, if the lotion is still wet. However, it will most likely cause a lot of streaking. Taking a shower after being in the sun does not affect the tan/sunburn in any way.
You can exfoliate your skin after getting a sunburn or tan to help get rid of layers of skin that are sunburn, however this probably wouldn't be a comfortable method! Unfortunately, the best way to get rid of a unwanted tan is to just waiting for it to take it's course. In the future, make sure to wear sunscreen to prevent skin coloring! ]
